Our 60,000 sq ft die manufacturing facility features one of the largest collections of state of the art die making equipment in the country, all under one roof. This allows us to provide our customers with the best quality dies and the best lead times in the industry.

Computerized die management system – allows us to track your die at every single stage in the manufacturing process, from design to delivery.
Multiple rotary die cylinders that allow us to knife rotary cutting dies in any diameter from 6-7/8″ – 27.25”.
Single piece flat dieboards up to 84″ x 96″. This allows us to build large automotive cutting dies with no splices or seams in the wood so that die strength is not compromised. We also carry 84″ x 96″ die boards in stock.
We also stock numerous types and sizes of steel rule for any application, including 2 pt to 6 pt, and rule heights up to 4″ tall.
4 Lasercomb laser cutting machines – 1 flat die laser, 1 rotary die laser, and a combination laser that will burn both rotary cutting dies and flat cutting dies.
2 waterjet cutting machines – abrasive and non-abrasive
9 steel rule processing machines, including (2) Adam’s Automatic rule benders; (3) Data Technology rule processors; (2) Rotax benders and (2) EcoGiant rule processors
Prototyping using our Zund G3 L-2500 sample table to validate folding carton samples or show proof of concept prior to building tooling.
Given our size, capabilities and industry reputation, we’re also a beta vendor testing site for several leading equipment and material manufacturers. This gives us a technological advantage as we are testing equipment, materials, processes & technology before any of it sees the light of day in the market. These beta tests allow us to learn and practice the latest advances in die equipment and technology and find ways to use them to better serve our customers.
