Jamison Steel Rule Die uses the highest quality dieprene ejection rubber that withstands countless runs. We offer an innovative no glue rubber solution that pushes through a hole & locks into place on the die board, eliminating the safety hazard of superglue and dramatically reduces downtime for repair.

JSRD has in house sample table for prototyping and cutting die testing. This service is ideal for validating samples before building tooling, as well as providing a proof of concept in the design phase.

Standard 66" rotary cutting dies are fully tested on an in-house cutting press to ensure complete accuracy, and a cut product sample is sent along with the final approved die.
