Cutting Die Design
Jamison Steel Rule Die has veteran die design engineers with an average of 25+ years of experience in the creation, modification, and optimization of a cutting dies.
Die Manufacturing
Count on JSRD to be your single source provider for custom rotary cutting dies and flat cutting dies. Our high quality steel rule dies are expertly made, built completely to spec with less required maintenance. From design to production and testing, every flat and rotary die we make is taken through a rigorous 7 step quality control process.
Laser Cutting
We have 4 laser cutting machines including (2) Lasercomb combination rotary and flat die lasers and (2) Lasercomb flat lasers, with the capability of burning a seamless die board up to 84 x 240”.
Waterjet Cutting
We have two waterjet cutting machines - abrasive and non-abrasive - to cut die ejection rubber and thick, hard to stamp materials, or those which can’t be burned like marble, granite, glass, tile, diamond plate, ornamental irons, brass, or intricate patterns in brushed or polished stainless steel. Autobending Machines
We currently have 9 rule processors in operation, including (2) Adam’s Automatic rule benders, (2) Rotax benders, (3) Data Technology rule processors and (2) EcoGiant rule processors.
Multiple Rotary Cylinders
JSRD can produce non-standard rotary dies for every machine type from 7″- 27.25” inches in diameter.
Die Ejection Rubber
Jamison Steel Rule Die uses the highest quality dieprene ejection rubber that withstands countless runs. We offer an innovative no glue rubber solution that pushes through a hole & locks into place on the die board, eliminating the safety hazard of superglue and dramatically reduces downtime for repair.
Prototyping Sample Table
JSRD has in house sample table for prototyping and cutting die testing. This service is ideal for validating samples before building tooling, as well as providing a proof of concept in the design phase.
