Computer Aided Design (CAD) Services

At Jamison Steel Rule Die, we have several CAD software packages. We take extreme care at layout to insure accuracy. We can translate virtually any format CAD file to produce our customer’s dies. Our CAD programs are very powerful and allow us to produce dies with consistent accuracy and at a high rate of speed. We offer detailed CAD drawings upon request. Full size Mylar drawings are also available as well as samples cut on our cutting table. Our CAD designers have decades of die making and design knowledge.

With this knowledge we often eliminate problems before they occur. Dies are designed to run at optimum performance with excellent durability. The quality of the finished product starts with a solid design.
